Green Bay Cottage is a brand new beautifully appointed cottage offering amazing water views, open concept living with vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed (double and single) and huge deck ocean view deck.
At the end of a day of exploring the local area, relax while barbequing on the deck and sipping your favourite beverage. After watching a spectacular sunset, sit by the fire table and enjoy an evening of star gazing.
Rest on your private beach, a perfect place to read or launch your canoe or kayak, a nature lover’s dream.
The property runs adjacent to the Galloping Goose trail a 55-kilometre biking/walking rail trail between Victoria and the ghost town of Leechtown, north of Sooke, where it meets the old Sooke Flowline. The trail forms part of the Trans-Canada Trail, and intersects the Lochside Regional Trail.
Green Bay Cottage is on the bus route, a 2 minute drive (20 minutes walk) to the historic 17 Mile Pub/Restaurant, and a 10 minute drive to Sooke which offers, grocery shopping, pharmacies and everything from small cafes to five star restaurants.
Minutes from world class fishing. Explore some of the area’s most notable offerings; parks such as East Sooke Park, China Beach, the Juan de Fuca Trail, and Botanical Beach in Port Renfrew.
