If your check-in date is at least 14 days away, we offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking . A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
If you cannot travel due to a municipal, provincial, state, or federal travel prohibition, we offer a complete refund. If you test positive for COVID-19 and cannot travel, we offer a full refund upon our receipt of a copy of the positive test confirmation.
We assess all extraordinary or emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the goal of reaching a fair situation for all involved.
