This home is the West Coast at its best. Be inspired by this home's artistic Beach House design and its panoramic ocean views. Listen to the waves crash on your private beach and let yourself relax into the sound. This home is smoke-free and pet friendly.

Take a minute's walk from the front door and step onto the lip of the Pacific ocean. The rocky beach is perfect for strolling, walking the dog, or watching for wildlife. In the summer, splash in the waves. In the winter, storm-watch with a warm coffee in your hands.

To watch the waves in total comfort, take a tour of the expansive lower and upper decks. Enjoy the salt and surf without leaving home.

This two level home has 2 joined bedrooms on the lower level, the first having a queen-bed and the second having two twin beds. An ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub is accessed off the twin bedroom. You must walk through the queen bedroom to access the twin bedroom and ensuite. This level also has the kitchen, living/dining space, and a half-bathroom by the kitchen.

On the upper level there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with shower and bath, and a double-size pullout sofa bed in the living room.

The home is about an hour's drive from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, Victoria International Airport, and Victoria's famous Inner Harbour. Enjoy local shopping, adventure, and amenities in the nearby town of Sooke.

November 1-May 1: $3700 per 30 day period, or $375 per night for stays less than 30 days.

May 1-October 31: $475 per night.

Extra Person Fee: $35 fee applies per night to each guest who places the booking party over 4. 30 Day+ stays are exempt from from the extra guest fee.

Pets are welcome. However, we do ask for a $100 pet fee.

A $375 cleaning fee will be applied to each stay, subject to negotiation for 30 Day+ stays.

Stays less than 30 days are subject to government taxes.
