Welcome to The Beachfront Cottage! Take a step off the deck and explore 100ft of gorgeous beachfront, with the Pacific Ocean rolling out in front of you. Gather up your family and friends, bring your pets, and escape for months at a time.

Enjoy panoramic ocean views from almost all the rooms the Cottage offers. Relax, breathe in, and enjoy the sea in total comfort.

Walk up the Cottage's few short steps and into the open-concept, airy design. The living room/kitchen is fully equipped for catching-up, winding down, and cooking and enjoying delicious meals.

The couch in the living space pulls out into a double bed for your convenience.

Through the doors off the living space find the first bedroom, with king-sized bed and gorgeous ocean views. Beside this room is the common bathroom with shower.

Through the living space's French doors, exit the Cottage and enjoy the best of outdoor living on your private deck. Just steps beyond the edge of the deck, watch the waves crash against the beach. When the chill sets in at night, light the fire table and enjoy.

Follow the path to the outdoor dining area, with BBQ ready to use.

On the other end of the Cottage is the primary bedroom suite. With a king-size bed, a couch, television, and its own private ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, this bedroom is the height of indulgence.

The Cottage is located just an hour from BC's capital city, Victoria, in the heart of the town of Sooke. For vacation, work-from-home, or filling a gap between moving-out and moving-in, this home has everything you're looking for.

The 7-bed Oceanfront Villa offers a more indulgent experience, with its own hot tub, expansive deck, access to the beach, and luxurious amenities. The Oceanfront Villa can be rented on its own or jointly with Beachfront Cottage for a combined 16-person occupancy—a perfect option for large groups traveling together. October 1 - May 21: $3500 per 30-day period.

May 22 - September 30: $4000 per 30-Day period.

All fees and utilities are included in the monthly rate.
