Less than 10 minutes from the town of Sooke, this spacious 3-bedroom home enjoys stunning views over the Olympic Mountains and Strait of Juan de Fuca. Listen to the sea lions barking and watch them frolic in the water. Roaming pods of resident killer whales can also be seen offshore, as well as other marine life. Beautiful Gordon's Beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

This home features an open layout between the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is made cozy by a gas fireplace and sliding doors that lead to the large deck. The couch converts into a queen pullout bed.

The primary bedroom suite includes a king bed and full ensuite bathroom, with convenient access to the deck. The second bedroom has a king bed, and a second full bathroom is located in the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed and an attached powder room.

The mostly level acre of yard is perfect for enjoying a game of badminton, croquet or frisbee, so don't forget to bring your outdoor toys!

There are eight stairs to enter this otherwise single-level home. Parking is free and located in the driveway.



$425 per night (based on 4-guest occupancy; $35 per night fee attached to every guest who places the booking party over 4).
